Seasonal Spiritual Deepening Packets

Every two months the UU Congregations in Rochester enter a new "thematic season," reflecting the changing natural world around us and inviting us to explore a new theme in worship, religious education, and small groups. To help you to connect with, reflect upon, and directly experience the theme of the season, a team of lay leaders from all three churches prepares a "spiritual deepening packet" for each season -- a 10-12(ish) page document with reflections, poems, reflection questions, spiritual exercises, and more. Join one of our Soul Matters groups to engage these packets on a monthly basis in a small group, or download and explore on your own (or with friends).
